Ordering & quoting

How pricing, minimums and confidentiality work before you commit.

Very flexible. Prototypes start from a single unit, and first production orders typically start around 100–500 pieces depending on construction. We don't lock you into large MOQs before you've validated your product.
Pricing depends on size, construction, layers, backlighting, quantity and tooling. We provide an itemized quotation within 24 hours, free of charge, after reviewing your drawing, sample or specification.
Design files (AI, PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP or Gerber), a physical sample, overall dimensions, estimated quantity and target launch date. A sketch or photo is enough to start the conversation.
Yes. We sign NDAs on request before reviewing any files, and your project stays confidential whether or not you sign one.

Samples & prototypes

Get a working part in your hands before you commit to tooling and volume.

After design approval, working prototypes ship in 10–15 working days via express courier. We also keep a library of stock materials and components to shorten this on repeat projects.
Design review and quotation are always free. Prototype sample costs are quoted transparently, and sample costs are typically credited back when you move to volume production.
Yes — send us the physical sample plus your target price. We reverse-engineer materials, tolerances and electrical specs, then quote you against them. Most match-and-improve projects go to sampling within two weeks.

Design & engineering

From custom geometry to free DFM help — what's possible and what we need from you.

Always. Custom outlines, embossing, selective textures, multi-color printing, RGB backlighting and hybrid constructions are our standard work. If it can be drawn, we can usually build and test it.
AI, PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and Gerber files. A physical sample or even clear photos can also work — we'll measure and reverse-engineer what we need.
Yes. Our engineers provide free DFM feedback on material selection, stack-up, tolerances and cost-down opportunities, and we can develop artwork from your rough concept.

Production & quality

Certifications, tests and lead times for batch manufacturing.

We operate an ISO 9001:2015 quality system and provide RoHS and REACH documentation. UL 94V-0 materials, IP65–IP67 sealing, FDA-grade silicone and third-party SGS reports are available on request.
Every batch passes four inspection gates: incoming, in-process, final and outgoing QC. Tests include continuity and insulation resistance, actuation force, tactile ratio, life-cycle cycling and visual inspection of 100% of finished units.
Prototypes take 10–15 working days, and production orders typically ship 15–25 working days after sample approval, depending on quantity and construction.

Shipping, payment & support

How orders move, how you pay, and what happens after delivery.

Standard terms are 50% deposit and 50% before shipment, with PayPal, T/T and other options available. Payment terms for repeat and large orders can be discussed.
We ship door-to-door worldwide by DHL, FedEx or UPS for samples and small orders, and by air or sea freight for larger quantities, with full export documentation.
Every shipment includes inspection records, and we honor a clear rework or replacement policy for defects. Please contact your project engineer with photos and lot information and we'll resolve it quickly.
Yes. Your tooling is kept on file and reorder pricing stays valid, so repeat orders are fast — often shipping in 15–25 working days without re-tooling.
