MembraneSwitchFactory.com is the website of a custom membrane switch and HMI manufacturing facility based in Shenzhen, China. We design, sample and manufacture membrane switches, graphic overlays, silicone rubber keypads, capacitive touch panels and custom HMI assemblies for OEM buyers worldwide.

- To reply to your inquiry, provide engineering and DFM feedback, and prepare quotations.
- To manage sample orders, production orders and after-sales support if you become a customer.
- To protect the website and our communications against spam, fraud and security threats.
- To improve our products and services using aggregated, non-identifiable information.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website:

- FormSubmit — delivery of inquiry form submissions to our email inbox. See formsubmit.co/privacy.
- Google (Gmail / Google Apps Script) — when the alternative email pipeline is configured, form submissions are delivered through Google's services.
- IP lookup services (such as ipify, icanhazip and ipinfo) — used to determine the public IP address of a submission. These services receive only the standard request from your browser and no other personal data from us.
These providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data retention
Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond to you and, if relevant, to manage an order, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
All traffic to this website is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to inquiry data is limited to the people at our factory who need it to respond to and manage your project. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing.
