HMI assembly FAQ
Yes. If you have a working board, we integrate around it — overlays, keypads, displays and housing designed to your existing footprint and connectors. We can also build the board for you from your Gerbers and schematic.
We preload and configure display and touch controllers, provide interface documentation and test the assembly with your host firmware. For full application firmware we can work with your team or recommend a partner.
Everything is assembled in-house from our own tooling, or with your approved suppliers under our QA program. We run stack-up tolerance analysis during DFM and verify each batch with dimensional and functional checks before it ships.
